The Health Smoothies

Green Tea, Blueberry and Banana; 


3 Tbsp Of Water
1 Green Tea Bag 
2 Tsp Of Honey
1 1/2 Cups Of Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Of A Medium Banana
3/4 Cup Of A Calcium Fortified Light Vanilla Soy Milk

How To Make;


  • Microwave the water on high in a small bowl until it is steaming hot. 
  • Add the tea bag and allow it to brew for around 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
  • Then stir the honey into the tea until it dissolves.
  • Next put the blueberries, banana and milk into a blender. 
  • Add the tea to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture together until it is completely smooth. 


TIP - You may need to add a bit more water if it's too thick.

2 Cups Of Frozen Mixed Berry
1 Cup of Pomegranate Juice
1 Medium Banana
1/2 Cup Of Non Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Of Water

How To Make;


  • Add together the mixed berries, pomegranate juice, banana, cottage cheese and water into a blender. 
  • Mix until smooth, serve immediately.
